Delivery Policy

Delivery is subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed, dispatched and delivered within 5 - 7 working days.  From dispatch delivery to cities and major towns normally takes 1-2 working days. Smaller towns will take 2-3 working days. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R119 incl. VAT. Deliveries to all cities & towns will be done via Dawn Wing, The Delivery Guy or Fastway Couriers. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the package during office hours. (Please provide a contact number where you will be available when needed.) Alternatively deliveries can be done via the Post Office.

If no-one is home when they come to deliver, the courier generally take it back to the depot and somebody is suppose to follow up with you regarding a new delivery day. This does not always happen so it is always best to give a work address. You can also get a good idea of the delivery day when you track your delivery online (we mail you the tracking number on dispatch) – usually “onboard” means they should deliver that day.

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User's chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or products have been discontinued. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
